The promise of heavy rain and mist on the mountain section of the course has prompted the organisers to cancel today's practice session. Tuesday's session did run, but on very wet roads. Only six solos bothered to go out and they completed just one lap. The sidecars had a longer time on the track but just 23 ventured out. Those out included lap record holder Nick Crowe and new passenger Mark Cox who completed one lap. A notable absentee was Dave Molyneux; not a fan of racing the TT on wet roads. The wet conditions who were thrown out of the outfit when it spun; thankfully they were unhurt in the incident. World Champion Tim Reeves took full advantage of the track; he and Patrick Farrance completed three laps. Reeves is enthused by his TT experience so far and has stated that will be here every year from now on. He has been impressive in practice and is doing a very thorough job of learning the circuit. Whilst it is too early to expect him to win; it seems that he could well force his way into the top ten.
